Elite was very responsive and at my house within a couple hours. He's a great troubleshooter and very good at his job. Mike is a super great guy and knows his stuff! I would recommend him to anyone I know!
Made an appointment online when my 26 year old unit failed to cool. Mike was on time, very informative, and in the end recommended replacement. Scheduled a time to replace the unit and again was very clear and communicative throughout the entire process. His attention to detail is unmatched and he really takes pride in his work.
