Dan went to terrifc lengths to repair my heater. After he found the problem, he tried to order parts that day so I could turn it on that night. He worked on the order for hours and found that the manufacturer had just began a new policy: no shipments after dark. It was already 7pm on a Friday night, 4 hours after his first arrival. Dan starts at 7am the next morning, Saturday. However, on his way to my house, his truck broke down. With the service of the company, he switched to using his spare truck to repair the heating in my house. On top of that, he spent another hour determining the root cause of the problem.
