Called them out on July 24th because we found wet sheetrock in our hotwater closet. They came out said they couldn't find anything it must be the roof vent charged 160 dollars and left. We went through the process of getting a new roof and vent on August 22nd only to continue to find water. My husband found 3 pin hole leaks right where they supposedly looked. Now the sheet rock is ruined and moldy. Called today so they could make it right. Only for Jerry to get defensive and offer no help. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.
