Kevin came out and did amazing. Took him no more than 15 minutes for a fix that we've been battling with this heat. He was nice,kind,respectful, and promp. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. And now my family is safe from the heat. Service: A/C system maintenance

Every day I am thankful for our Lord and Savior. Today, I'm also thankful for Kevin B from AllTech. Our AC has been down and this angel replaced our compressor and brought cool air back into our home. The company has good communication, decent response time, and our technician, Kevin, was both knowledgeable and professional with my husband. Tenant called early Sunday morning that the AC was blowing warm air. Outside temperature already in the 90s and soon will be 100+. Called Executive Heat & Air answering service at 8:56 am. Technician (Tom) called me at 9:00 am. Informed me that I was fourth on the list but he would get to me as soon as he could. Tom called me again at 11:25 am and said he had about 15 - 20 minutes on his current job and would head to our rental. With travel time he estimated he would be there by 12:15 pm. I went to the rental house and arrived at 12:29 pm. Tom had already checked and found the condenser fan motor was locked up. He had one on the truck and was in the process of changing the motor. System was repaired and working by 12:50 pm. Tom thoroughly cleaned the condenser prior to completing his paperwork. EXCELLENT service and I won’t rely on any heat & air company except Executive Heat & Air/Alltech. Service: HVAC system repair
