I had an overall great experience from scheduling the appointment to completion of the repair. Very knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and great customer service skills. The problem was identified quickly, explained to me in detail and repaired on the spot. Special thanks to Dustin and Jackson for working in the rain to make sure we have cool air.
I made an oops and fried an outlet. It lit up like a Christmas tree. Killed the power in both home offices! BES was here and gone in less than two hours from the time I called and on a Friday! Whoever answered the phone was wonderful and our technician was twice that. We’ll be using their services for all our needs/concerns and future updates/services required. 10/10 :) Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
Outstanding service from this company.I had an emergency electrical problem that in my mind needing to be taken care the same day. Yes, they were able to scheduled a visit to my place only 2hrs after getting off the phone. Now that is a 5 stars service. Dallas was great on the phone in setting the appointment. Lane your technician arrived on time and what a professional guy he is with great integrity. He explained thoroughly with the fix and addressed any concerns that I have.
