Loved that I called in and actually talked to a live person! Got a tech out to my house very quickly. Tech was very polite, got started immediately. Diagnosed the problem and informed me of options. Our 37 year old furnace bit the dust a few weeks ago and needed to be replaced. Contacted Hibdon and they were out that day to help get the old one running and set us for a new installation.
