After the electrical storm on Saturday, June 16, our AC unit was majorly affected, as the circuit board and motor were fried. Drabek and Hill were prompt in responding in diagnosing the problem. Blake the AC technician went above and beyond in replacing the affected parts and even checked the outside unit, adding refrigerant and cleaning the unit, even after it was cleaned less than a month ago. We are longtime customers of Drabek and Hill, and one reason for our support is we appreciate the care and great service they provide. Casey came and diagnosed the issue with my power flickers quickly and accurately, he was extremely friendly and professional and answered all of my questions and showed me what he was doing and why. Best of all he was out the same morning I called. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Drabek & Hill and will be using them again as needed. 10/10 for service, price, and professionalism. Chase, the technician, is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in analyzing and identifying problems and potential issues. He presents various solutions in a way that makes it easy for the homeowner to understand and make an informed decision.
