We had ordered a new oven from Home Depot, we called to have a new plug put in . Long story . The plug being hooked up wasn’t going to work, it needed it to be “ hot wired” straight into the outlet. Second trip out to hot wire it after we thought we needed a plug . Home Depot was no help . Ross electric did it right , they even helped lift my new oven in place. Best company I have found for electrical problems. They have earned my trust . Home Depot lost my trust . Small business and local is the only way .. Great service. Excellent help understanding needs and options before doing work. Fast and efficient work. I needed a way to connect my generator to my home electrical system. Ross helped me understand the backup power options. They installed a new electric panel with a generator input circuit and safety interlock device. Next time the power goes out I can run the house electrical system off of generator. Huge thanks to Don, Jeff and the crew that did the work! Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
