First Construction Corp

We did subcontract work for this company last year and have not been paid for the services. We contacted company numerous times for payment without results.

We're in the middle of a real estate transaction and the buyers required the roof to be replaced before we could close escrow---so timing has been important. The first thing I experienced with First Construction Corp was how quickly Caleb responded. His inspection was thorough and pricing was very fair. I asked him to price a couple of extra items on the buyer's list of "to-dos" that could be done at the same time as the roof. Again, he was responsive, accommodating, and gave us a fair price. The project was started quickly and finished quickly. We live out of state, so I've been trying to do all of this remotely. Caleb kept us apprised of his schedule, sent pictures at several times during the roof and gutter replacement, and even took the time to let the buyers contact him to choose the shingle color. Being out of state, I had someone local inspect the roof, gutters, and other work completed by First Construction before I cut the final check. There was not a single issue or complaint

Debra and Caleb run such a smooth operation at First Construction Corp! Between them and their crews I love how much they communicate and do everything that is needed no matter what the job is and they do it right the first time. I certainly recommend them for any roofing needs big or little!!!
