I was truly blessed to find them. A quarter of my TPO roof had blown off they came the same day they not only were professional, but they were very friendly. The owner stop by noticed a couple of spots that needed to be repaired (at no extra cost) that was not part of the contract that was due to the poor workmanship, that the other company that put my roof on two years ago. Before they left, everything was cleaned up. I’ve never had such a professional job done like I have with Franco roofing. I live in Forest Park. Bryan conducted all the negotiations with my insurance company and met the adjuster at my house so I did not have to take any time off work. From beginning to end, everyone was very professional and kept me informed step-by-step everything that was going to happen. They were able to replace my roof in just one day and the cleaning crew were very good about picking everything up from my yard. They got me new gutters also!
