Prompt response, fair price and quality individuals/workmanship. They’ve helped add a dedicated line and outlet for an EV and another dedicated line to a guest bedroom. Even with a very minor issue arose during the installation, Joe arranged for it to get fixed. I’ve dealt with Heather throughout all my projects and she does a fantastic job communicating and keep you up to date with everything. Will definitely be utilizing them for any future electrical work and would highly recommend!

I recently had an issue where half of my living room did not have electric (lights and outlets). I called one of the major electric companies at first and after diagnosing the issue they told me that I needed to replace the entire electrical panel which was going to cost me in the neighborhood of $7k. I didn’t think that it added up so I called Grider to get another opinion (an honest one). Joe was able to come by within a couple of hours and had the issue diagnosed in less than an hour. He came to the conclusion that the panel was fine and the issue was an electrical short which he said would likely be located in the attic. He scheduled the repair for next business day and located the culprit - A loose wire nut in the attic. Saved me a lot of money.
