Burst pipe on Dec 23rf. When every other plumber we called was going to be between 1-4 days lead time, Grooms was here within 3 hrs, had the whole repair done quickly and efficiently, and charged us less than A THIRD what all our other estimates were! I called on Thursday , was assured he would get to me on Friday, called me on Friday at 2:30 to let me know I was still in line up for service.called him again around 7:30 pm . He stated the job he was on was taking longer. I told him I would be fine with Saturday if it worked better for him. I called him repeatedly on Saturday and left messages . He finally answered the phone at 3:20 and told me he was at a job and if I wanted I could call someone else. All I needed was kitchen drain cleaned and if he had told me on Thursday he was too busy I would have scheduled someone else to do the job. After hours and weekends are twice as expensive. This was a very frustrating experience to say the least very unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend his company to anyone.

Got me fixed up quick without charging out the wazoo. Will definitely use them next time! Services: Toilet repair, Water heater installation, Drain cleaning, Faucet repair
