Speaking from my own experience, this company is hands down the best. The person who helped me throughout the whole process was Ray Salazar. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to helping me out with my insurance company and as well with everything about the damages that needed to be repaired. Super professional and friendly. Jesse Knutson with Hero General Contracting was outstanding to work with thru the roof replacement process. Jesse spent many years working for the insurance companies. He knows the claims process inside and out. He was able to explain every step to me in a timely manner. We had a few issues during construction that were quickly remedied. No project will be perfect, however the response from the company defines them and Hero was on it. These guys went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. My roof and gutters look amazing!
