Randy was SUPERB! Knowledgable professional, very helpful in the A.C. world. He and this company is A-1 in my books. The world does not cave in with him leading you in the way of purchasing a new unit. He is now my go to guy in the A.C. game. Blessed he was sent to me and the wife.

Update: There was a mistake with the billing that they 100% corrected the next businesses day. I appreciate the fast response and professional job. I admire a company that does what they say and takes responsibility and understanding as important factors in their business. Old review: The lady on the phone said that it was $125 fee just for showing up and assessing the repair on a Saturday, which was totally fine. However she made it sound like that might also cover the whole visit if the repair was simple enough. She never mentioned the $205 an hour. The guy who came out was great and did an amazing job and fixed a small issue where the insulation had fallen off and was blocking the vent. You guys did a good job. Chris and Jose worked very hard removing the old equipment out and installing the new stuff. Our attic is not real easy access and the temperature was extremely hot. They did a decent job cleaning things up too. As for Justin and jace, they were thorough in evaluating what was needed and explained it fairly well. We think the estimate could have provided a little more detail regarding prices for parts and labor rather than just one total amount. So far everything seems to be working.
