Scott came out at the last minute to help us with a problem. He is incredibly professional and nice! He explained everything to us before doing any work and let us decide what we wanted to do! I knew the pricing upfront and wasn’t surprised with a large bill. I will definitely be using him again. Service: Electrical panel repair
I called about getting a quote for replacing almost everything electrical in a home my family is remodeling to live in. I was lectured for several minutes by the owner about wanting a “free bid” when they weren’t guaranteed the job and made to feel like I was selfish and burdening him. We would have been more than happy to compensate him for his time and effort and also would have absolutely used this company for all of our electrical needs in the home (a job that would have been extremely profitable for him considering the extent of the electrical repairs), but after being scolded like a child I decided quickly we wouldn’t be using this company now or anytime in the future for that matter. The next electrician I called was extremely kind and thrilled to come out and give us and bid and he will absolutely be getting our business.
