Excellent service. Trustworthy. Always comes to our house as soon as they can and resolves the issues quickly. Just had a new heat and air system put in and they were once again quick, professional and took care of us as soon as they could. I can tell they are dedicated and take pride in their work. Greg Russell and Son came out to my house 2 days before Christmas. I called them after calling a larger big name company who couldn’t come out for a week. They were out a little after I called. Then called me on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was OK. I would recommend Russell Heating and Air to everyone. Super nice guys that came out in sub-freezing weather to help with my problem.
