We have had them install a new furnace and move it into the attic. They also installed a new A/C unit with ducting and new vent covers. They have a fantastic warranty and Greg is always super responsive and keeps his word! Such a wonderful family owned and run business. Great prices with great reliable service. Greg Russell and Son came out to my house 2 days before Christmas. I called them after calling a larger big name company who couldn’t come out for a week. They were out a little after I called. Then called me on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was OK. I would recommend Russell Heating and Air to everyone. Super nice guys that came out in sub-freezing weather to help with my problem.
