They will over charge and take advantage of the people who have no idea how much a service should cost. They sent 2 guys to repair a hose bib which consisted of 30 minutes and 2 washers and charged $315. My husband is irate. When I called later to ask for an itemized bill, it simply said " attempt to repair outside water spigot" If it's just an attempt, I'm sure they won't back up the work. When I asked to talk to the owner or manager they said he already reviewed it and "sorry your not happy with the price but that's just what it is" I had another property they installed a garbage disposal in. The conduit is not in tact. Unfortunately I no longer trust them enough to come and fix it. I will never recommend or use them again. Zero integrity.

They hooked up gas lines to propane tank and ran lines to the newly installed furnace and kitchen stove as well as the newly installed tankless water heater. Connected water lines to the house. They brought a five man crew. Got it all done in one day. The young men were polite, knowledgeable , and really did a great job. Wooten is a great company to work with. I highly recommend them. I used this company for quite a few small and large repairs around a home I recently purchased. The company came out in January of 2023 to fix a faucet with low water pressure, a toilet that wouldn’t flush consistently, a new water gauge, a new clean out and repair/replace a hot water heater to list a few of the items on my list. The first time they came out they did a decent job, I did end up getting a whole new hot water heater and then the faucet I had to just replace (my husband did that part). The toilet was flushing again and I was happy with the work I had done. Fast forward a few weeks and my toilet wasn’t flushing again (how annoying! Especially after paying for a professional) so I called Wooten and they came back out and reassessed the toilet. I received bad news that my pipes were bellied and needed to be replaced which is e x p e n s i v e. I should have gotten a second opinion but I felt convinced it was the right thing to do by the guy that came out. So over 12k at this
