Complete Heating & Air

They were very responsive and quick to fix our furnace problem. I called them on Monday and they came the same day. After a few minutes Will identified the problem and explained the issue to me so I could make the right decision. As a company I appreciate the honesty. They told me about some other issues with my very old furnace. Will took extra time to give me prices and educate me on new furnaces so I could make an informed decision on replacing my broken furnace or if repairing it would be best. In the end we went with the repair option and they came they came on Tuesday and had it fixed in a hour. Will was considerate and polite. He even offered to remove his shoes when he came in from the snow and again amazed us when he offered to mop the floor where he was working. In my 2 different dealings with this company I have only worked with Will. I will call Complete Heating and Air/Appliance the next time I need something worked on in my home. I recommend this company, they are very professional. Adam, the technician, took his time to check each component of the equipment and thus locate the fault, then they gave me the diagnosis, they bought the part and placed it at a fair and reasonable price, my heating was repaired the same day, THANK YOU I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL YOU AGAIN!!!!
