Fantastic service! The receptionist was positive and upbeat, quoted accurate prices over the phone and had a tech out to my house within a couple of hours. Austin had a great attitude and took the time to provide me with multiple estimates for all the possible scenarios. He answered all of my many questions and sold me exactly what I wanted, never trying to talk me into a more expensive system. Thanks, True Blue, for paying your reps salary instead of commission! They hooked me up with same day financing over the phone. The techs showed up the next morning to do the install. They were courteous and respectful, cleaned out the brush around my old unit and made it look good. They cleaned up all the mess they made before leaving.
