This company was dispatched to my home by home warranty company. The men that came to my home were nice and courteous. I was told they needed to take pictures to show their boss and we would be contacted on how to repair. Weeks later I received a call from David, their manager who told me none of the work would be covered by warranty. Originally, we had planned on using this company for repair regardless of payment source. When I stated “I wish they would have just been honest and told me it was going to need re-plumbing rather than a repair,” David became immediately defensive. I refuse to do business with anyone that provides poor customer service so I simply stated “no worries, we will find someone else.” David then hung up on me. I called back to let him know I did not appreciate being hung up on to which he replied “I thought you hung up on me.” I explained I was not accusing anyone of dishonesty, but his immediate defensiveness definitely raised question.
