Trifecta replaced the siding on my neighbor's chimney and I talked to Robert about replacing the siding, roof and gutters on my house. A quick and reasonable response was provided and a couple weeks later the friendly and professional crew showed up to do the work. The roofing crew was amazing and did an outstanding job on the roof and I was very pleased with the cleanup detail. The siding crew was just as concerned with doing a great job and paid close attention to the details of installation, caulking and painting. My house looks brand new! We have been so happy with Trifecta Roofing and Restoration. We started with getting a quote for some fascia that had rotted out. Robert was at our house to give a quote the same afternoon that we called. A couple weeks later, we got some storm damage to our roof, so Robert was the first person we called. Our insurance company made the claims process very difficult, but Robert took time to meet with claims adjusters multiple times and navigated all of the obstacles that our insurance company threw at us. He was with us every step of the way and helped us get our new roof approved. The roofing crew was excellent. They worked from sunup to sundown on one of the hottest weeks of the year and were considerate of both us and our neighbors and cleaned up the worksite well. In June of 2023, our house was hit with 100-110 mph winds for up to 45 minutes straight. Our fence and siding took considerable damage. I made a claim the following day. It took almost a month for my claim to be processed. Robert who was my go-to guy at first was extremely patient, polite, and professional while waiting on my claim. Before the job started, James, the owner, came out to inspect the damage. He was easy to understand and explain step-by-step what they were going to do. As the job progressed, James and Robert would constantly check in on the work. Took about a week and I'm very happy with the results. Trifecta is now my go-to when it comes to projects like this.
