Dowd Heat and Air

We've brought Dowd Heat & Air along for the ride as we've moved twice since we first met them and did business with them. That first time was a bit of an emergency due to our heat pump going out right before a blizzard was scheduled to hit Tulsa. They came out ASAP and got a new unit installed and working just in the nick of time so we had heat during the blizzard! Since then, they've been replacements of our entire HVAC systems with walkthroughs on how to file and receive credits, performed maintenance and fixes, and we consider Terry and his team part of our family at this point! They were quick to send someone out which I SO appreciated. They also fixed the problem! Only feedback is that I wish I could’ve communicated directly with the tech.
