AC not working. Called and got appointment for the next morning. Service man arrived and quickly found the problem, a capacitor, which was covered by warranty. After installing a new capacitor, he found that all else was working well. He cleaned off the vents of the unit with my garden hose and was done. AC now works perfectly. Excellent service and very well pleased. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Service: HVAC system repair
I spoke to Dowd around 11 am, and Chris and Sumner were at my house by 1 pm to do a full replacement of one of my ac units. I was amazed at how quick they were able to help us out. Great company, especially Chris and Sumner.
We are so grateful for there wonderful skills and knowledge we were told we needed to replace our unit when really, the unit had just been improperly filled with Freon! They got it all fixed and got us up and running nothing like some AC on 100° days!!! Service: HVAC system repair
