Dowd Heat and Air

I have been doing business with Dowd for 15+ years and have always had a positive experience. They also install water heaters, I paid $400 less than a friend did with a big name company. Service: HVAC system maintenance

We are so grateful for there wonderful skills and knowledge we were told we needed to replace our unit when really, the unit had just been improperly filled with Freon! They got it all fixed and got us up and running nothing like some AC on 100° days!!! Service: HVAC system repair

When no other company I called could make it to me for 5 days in 100+ degree temperatures to perform a simple fix, Dowd was at my door in less than an hour. No upsells, no extra fees, and they applied the cost of the service call to the repair itself (which wasn’t even above the cost of the service call fee) when it seems like everyone else stopped this basic good-faith business practice. The technician (Levi) was on time (or early!), polite, and knew his stuff. I now have a new HVAC company, I have dealt with at least 5 other HVAC companies in town and there have been multiple issues with each one aside from Dowd. So glad I found them. Thanks again!
