They arrived when they said they would. Nice van. Guy was very professional and friendy. Changed out coil in ac and refilled it. Very happy with the service. Thnx! Service: A/C system repair
A/C was cycling on and off, tech figured water was leaking onto the control board. The board was replaced for $1050; later found online prices for the board around $450. The on/off cycle started again the next day; tech found the water leak and used compressed gas to blow the water line clear. Heard a loud pop and the A/C unit shook, but the water line emptied. No charge for the second call and the response was fairly quick. Checked the water drain outside after the tech left, the drain was not working, so water was apparently backing up inside the pipe again. Sent a message to Liberty, no response after two days. I'm afraid something broke when nitrogen was used to clear the line. Service: HVAC system repair
My experience with Tyler was exceptional, Tyler was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I also was pleased with the gentleman that helped with the installation they both put me at ease and pleased me.
