We received some much needed roof repairs. We had a leak where our ceiling was crumbling over our fireplace from a leak around the chimney. We also had a roughed up part of the roof on the front end. We had State Farm deny our claim and request for roof replacement last year. After a quote for total replacement we decided it wasn't in the budget and opted for repairs instead. We used GoldenRite Roofing & Construction Company A great local small business. Harrison helped us stay within in our cash budget and get our roof repairs and flashing on our chimney. He was so great at explaining the process and I felt like he really listened and cared about taking care of our roof! He made additional recommendations such as replacing our pipe boots to extend the life of our roof and they cleaned our gutters. The crew did a great job and they cleaned up nicely too! I had water coming into my house from an unknown source during the last big storm. Nicholas came out and checked my roof for leaks. He was extremely thorough with a visual inspection of the roof and the attic in the 100+ degree temps. I appreciated that he took his time and asked questions trying to find the source. Ultimately he helped pinpoint a drain in my utility closet as the culprit.
