Big promises but lies from start. Promised nets to catch debris, never done. Installed damaged shingles that had fallen to ground (grass caught in tears), damaged new shingles by dropping a board on them. Installed wrong color at end of day ( supposed to be grey, they put multi shade on last gable.) Ran out of lifetime underlayment and put lesser quality.( blue is lifetime, dark grey is 30year?) Damaged gutters with ladders and weight of removed shingles, promised to replace but ignored calls for months Even though money was in insurance to replace portion on gutters and downspouts. Sloppy installation on drip edging. Did not plumb heater stacks, leaning. Left nails and debris in beds and lawn Burned grass with hot air compressor too close to ground. Did not properly file for depreciation money like they claim to be experts. Beware Stay Away Service: Roof repair

This is an unethical and unreliable business. Full roof replacement claim was filed and approved by insurance company. Tobiah Rocker received a check from my insurance company to complete the job in June 2022 and it is now June 2023. It has been a full year and work is still not started/complete. Constant excuses every time I text or call him, along with multiple missed appointments - no show, no call. Before we signed the contract, he would call me every other day to try to earn my business. As soon as he got paid, he is uninterested and avoiding responsibility. I’m now in the process of taking legal actions and taking him to court. It is a hassle but has to be done.
