We had a wonderful experience with our plumber, Nathan. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice. Scheduling the initial appointment, as well as follow up appointments was quick and easy. Reviewing and approving the quote for the work was very easy, and so was the payment process. I appreciate the use of technology to eliminate the need for me to keep track of paper invoices and receipts. Great service! Arrived very quickly, service was completed thoroughly and the workers did a great job explaining what they had fixed (including video!) and provided tips on how to prevent future damage. Also, great personalities, friendly service with genuine smiles. Very impressed.

Half Moon Plumbing was able to come out next day and fix my issue. When the technician arrived he was very polite and fixed the problem. He then went on to explain why the problem was occurring and how to best fix it. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. He also gave me a list of other things they could do that would be a long term fix, without the pressure of making a decision right then (I don't like high pressure sales at all) They arrived on time and let me know when they were about 20 mins away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company.
