We have a partnership plan and have called three times and had to repeat name, phone no. address and last call were told we would have a technician here at 4 pm. No one showed up and we called and notified the company and got an aloof b. s. Answer. Why pay for a service if it’s this unorganized and they don’t keep their word? Service: A/C system maintenance

We've used Harp on two different occasions within the last month. The first service call was planned. We'd purchased a new light fixture and needed help installing it. The response time on our request was great. Steven came out and did a fantastic job! We are very pleased with the work he did. Thanks, Steven! The second time we used Harp was this week when our 17 year old water heater finally called it quits. We called Harp yesterday morning and they had a service tech out in less than 30 minutes. He was able to replace ours with a new water heater by the afternoon and we had hot water again last night. FANTASTIC service again. Highly recommend Harp!

I needed some plumbing trouble shooting done on an older house that I bought and called Harp after hearing good things about them via Word of Mouth. This was my first time using Harp and I was very pleased. The office staff was incredibly professional on my first call with them. Then, they called when they had a cancellation to try and get me in sooner and also called to confirm the appointment as well. Very thorough. The service/repairman was also very professional and on time. He gave me an electronic estimate which he did not veer from, explained everything both before and after, and made sure I did not have any additional questions before leaving. I will definitely use them in the future.
