The plumber arrived out at the beginning of the time frame given (which was just a few hours after I called!), was and incredibly helpful. As someone who knows absolutely NOTHING about plumbing or anything to do with it, he answered all of my questions and made me feel like I had some idea of what was being fixed, what the next steps needed to be and even how to better care for the pipes in the future.
