I'm generally a "do it myself" type of home owner, but needing to replace a couple shingles that blew off during a recent wind storm, I called around to get pricing for the repair. I decided that I would tackle the repair myself and politely explained that to The Roofing Guys. What impressed me tremendously was that they spent a couple minutes to give me a few HELPFUL HINTS to tackle the repair myself. That's the type of CUSTOMER SERVICE that is rare to find nowadays...taking a few moments to be HELPFUL even though it wasn't an immediate sale. This selfless act instantly built TRUST in me. I have added their number to my phone and should I, or my friends or family, need roofing projects in the future, I know who I trust to provide honest service...The Roofing Guys!!
