Our furnace quit working so we had no heat in the bedrooms. When I called, they said that they would work me in that day. Within less than 2 hours, a repairman called and was there 15 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed that the igniter was bad. He apparently had one in his van and had replaced it and tested the furnace all within less than one hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the repair cost was very reasonable. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend them highly. We have had several previous interactions with Robison Air over the last 15 years including repairs, replacement of worn out systems, and installation of new systems and have always been very satisfied.
