I took my daughter to lunch for her birthday yesterday, and in conversation mentioned the need to have my a/c checked. She mentioned she had workplace friends from the past who owned a heating and air business and gave me the contact info. I'm so glad she did. It's been a pleasurable experience dealing with Superior Air, from the first phone with Amanda, to my interactions with techs Jimi and Nick... super competent and nice guys who spent probably way too much time putting bandaids on our sixteen year old system. Thank you guys for all your hard work and knowledgeable advice on a future replacement system. My plan is to use you for any and all future needs and refer you to anybody else I know who has heating and air needs. Thank you Josh n family for knowing my daughter, Kely K. ????????????
I had a service contract with one of the major advertising heat and air companies here in Tulsa. They had done a lot of work at my home, and on my rental properties. I was a member of their so-called VIP plan. Twice this summer, when one of my home units has problems, I called them for help, and they totally punted on me. Superior air was out in a flash both times. I canceled my contract with this well-known company, and I’m going with Superior. They truly are “superior” in price and customer service. Their technicians are first class. I had a whole new 2 1/2 ton unit installed in half a day. The representative from Superior Air, Jimi, was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He not only did a great job with the service, but he was also very patient and kind with my inquisitive daughter and our pets. It was a real pleasure working with him!
