I placed the call as soon as we noticed the temp in the house was climbing. We had a scheduled inspection and possible service the same day. DJ was awesome. Used ASAP Heating and Air for their Healthy Home Agreement. DJ came out and serviced our air conditioner, changed filters, etc. He was very kind and professional and was good about explaining what he needed to do. No mess left behind! Will use them again! Service: HVAC system maintenance
We call the technician to clean the A/C, it was working good, it was only for prevention and now the A/C is not cooling and he said there is something we have to fix and the quote is for $900. This isn’t right. Last year we had a great experience with another tech from this company and that is why we call them again, but I just think this tech is not doing his job properly.
