Williams Plumbing Service

Darrell and Daniel came out the same day I called William's Plumbing to replace my broken hot water tank. Both were friendly and professional. They explained my options, provided recommendations and worked very proficiently to remove my old tank and install the new one. They did an excellent job, I would highly recommend William's plumbing. Called with short notice during our kitchen makeover, needing our sink/faucet hooked back up. Able to get to us the day we needed. Service tech was nice, professional, and efficient. Very happy we called and will definitely use them for future needs.

I called in on a Monday to get service first thing Thursday morning. I stayed home from work to meet the service guy, and after 45 mins of no phone call I called in. The lady I talked to let me know my appointment was written down in the notes Monday, but never entered into the system. I offered to wait until they could get to me, or reschedule. Because I was missing work for this, I rescheduled for the next morning. Service was quick, courteous, and professional, but I wish they would've offered some discount or credit due to my inconvenience which was completely their error. Other than that, this was a very pleasant experience.
