I rarely spend time writing reviews. However, when a business truly deserves a good review, I feel it is worth the time and Patriot is certainly worth it. Many companies claim to value customer service, but don’t demonstrate that in their work. Patriot goes above and beyond to ensure phones are answered and calls are returned, that their people give you a reasonable time frame of arrival, and then they show up exactly when they say they will. They have a great business model that goes far beyond quality HVAC services. Bradley and Brandon have been especially helpful in a complete replacement of the HVAC system at my home. Highly recommended company.

About two years ago my A/C died and we didn’t know what to do! These guys are all amazing. I called on a Friday and had an appointment with Randy the next Monday. He’s fantastic, a true gentleman, very professional, and communicates exceptionally well. He outlined everything they were going to be installing, what services we’d be receiving and the total cost. By that Friday I had Randy, Tyler, Bradley and Courte on my doorstep, early, to install and fix everything. Before 3 that afternoon my entire system was installed and online.
