I rarely spend time writing reviews. However, when a business truly deserves a good review, I feel it is worth the time and Patriot is certainly worth it. Many companies claim to value customer service, but don’t demonstrate that in their work. Patriot goes above and beyond to ensure phones are answered and calls are returned, that their people give you a reasonable time frame of arrival, and then they show up exactly when they say they will. They have a great business model that goes far beyond quality HVAC services. Bradley and Brandon have been especially helpful in a complete replacement of the HVAC system at my home. Highly recommended company.

My mom's mini split system quit cooling and I'm always concerned about sending service people to her house without being there while they are there working. Everyone at Patriot Heat & Air has been a pleasure to work with and very helpful.
