The technician, Mike, was extremely helpful. He showed up this morning within the stated time frame, which is always a plus. I have a "problem" home, built in the 80's with inadequate returns and an almost non-existent attic. Mike was well informed, courteous and patient with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend.
They do everything right! I lucked onto them when I bought my current house and have been very pleased with all they have done! We had to add another return air vent and they got it done FAST. My 20 year old furnace acted up recently and they got right out, found parts and I was back heating in only a few hours. They do what they say they are going to do timely and very reasonably. It is rare to find such professionalism and integrity!
