The technician, Mike, was extremely helpful. He showed up this morning within the stated time frame, which is always a plus. I have a "problem" home, built in the 80's with inadequate returns and an almost non-existent attic. Mike was well informed, courteous and patient with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend.

Our A/C stopped blowing cold air at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. I got in touch with my home warranty, and they set Comfort Concepts as the company assigned to fixing our problem. Of course it is the hottest weekend so far when my A/C decides to go on the fritz, and on a Friday the start of the weekend. I called Comfort Concepts to schedule a time for them to come out, and he helped walk me through back to my home warranty company on how to make sure they were able to come out as soon as possible. I was on and off the phone with my home warranty company all afternoon, and by the time I got everything straightened out with the home warranty it was 6pm. I called Mike back and he still answered his phone even though they were closed and was very prompt at ensuring he got out here to fix our A/C even though it was already Friday evening. Our AC quit working on a typically hot summer day. I appreciate Mike for working me in and getting my AC repaired after picking up parts.
