Ben is a rarity. Honest, friendly, affordable and effective. He saved me about $12,000 by fixing a fan that the other guys assured me couldn't be repaired or replaced (unit was too old, part was no longer in production, etc.). They told me I would have to buy an entirely new system and quoted me a price 40 percent higher than what Ben estimated it would cost for a full replacement. It is an old system, so it's on borrowed time. But when it does go out, I'll be buying a new one from Ben. Don't let the big guys jack you around. Call Ben first. He'll take care of you. Believe the hype! Ben is an awesome HVAC tech. Had him come out to recharge the unit and talk about the new system replacement. He was on time (actually early) and very professional, as well as super reasonable on cost. Will definitely be my go to guy for any HVAC things from now on.
