The work was done well. The service men were professional. The only problem was the billing. I received an estimate, but it was only verbal, not written. When the job was complete, I was asked to sign off on the work, the estimate that I never saw, and the final bill. The plumber was not able to provide any detail of the charges on his device. He requested full payment and signature. After much discussion, the plumber reduced the final total by $200. I paid and was promised that I would receive an invoice/receipt by email. After two days, I called, was transferred around and was promised a detailed receipt. After two more days, I called again, and finally received a receipt without much detail. Service: Toilet repair

Jason came out to cap faucet on outside of our commercial building. Homeless people kept breaking off lock, and this time they broke off entire hose bib and water was flowing into street. My water bill has gone up $1000 month last few months because of their use. Our building is complex, and another plumbing service quoted us $4000 to fix. Jason figured out how to cap it without damaging drywall or concrete, for $500. He was very pleasant and determined to fix it. Total time about 2 hours. Really helped us. Service: Faucet repair
