Maybe DON'T tell a property management company a tenants toilet "doesn't need replaced" just because you were able to unclog it once and flush 3 squares of TP down it 9 times. The toilet is 30 years old and has clogged 10 times in 3 months. Your assessment was BAD, and now the PM is quoting your tech in order to not replace it. It's wasting water that I pay for, and in 21 years of renting, I've never had to unclog a toilet so many times. Not even cumulatively. Maybe just address the issue and keep your opinions about replacing it to yourself next time. Especially after the tech told me it's the OLDEST toilet he'd ever seen.

Thomas came to help us when our whole house stopped draining. We had a different company out recently to clear a plugged kitchen sink, but they couldn't get anyone out to us even though they had a "30 day guarantee", and we were stuck.
