Apollo Air Heating & Cooling

If I could give a zero I would. Mike was horrible and I don't even know how he is licensed. He replaced a part with the obviously wrong part, protruding from the unit. (Tried to post a picture but won't let me) I had 2 licensed air heating and cooling technicians come out and was told that I needed to get my money back. That the replaced part was wrong, it wasn't even connected, a risk and safety hazard. They wouldn't even touch the furnace because of the safety hazard it caused. I called to get our money back and he told me that I wasn't listening and that I didn't understand because I'm not a technician and hung up on me. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau. He should not be practicing and doing this to other families.

The owner replaced a capacitor in my AC unit because it was blowing hot air. I have actually done this to another AC unit as well and it was a 25 minute job for me as an amateur. This is in a rental unit and I was unable to do it myself. The short of it, he shows up, replaces the capacitor, leaves in 15 minutes and charges $410. $80 service call + $50 part + $280 in labor?????? Just really frustrating to be charged like that. Obviously do not recommend the service! Service: A/C system repair
