had been a good company, up until the recent work we had done to perform a minor drainpipe repair. parts were billed at 4-5x of what I could get them for from lowes/home depot. and was charge 2-3x the time it took to do the repair work, with no explanation of what the extra time was for - except some attempt to say it took like 1-2 hours to grab 5 parts from the parts warehouse. And the parts were probably already on the stocked company van anyway. sign of the times: Contruction is booming and you should stay away from all things construction until the easy money dries up and companies come back to earth. I called Beaverton Plumbing in the morning and they were there in an hour. Our hot water heater didn't work. It turned out that we needed to replace it. But the replacement water heater was in stock and it was replaced within an hour and a half. The plumber was efficient, friendly and good at his job.
