We contracted with Raindrop Roofing for a new roof on our home, they had come highly recommended from a neighbor who also had a wonderful experience. We found raindrop to be responsive and easy to work with, while installing the roof an unseen water pipe that was in an unusual location was accidentally hit. The company went above and beyond to get a plumber out immediately to fix the problem, even though it was late on a Saturday. They made sure that everything was fixed and better than new, and I was beyond thrilled with the customer service. The roof is beautiful, comes with a warranty that is transferable, and was updated to meet current best standards.
