We contracted with Raindrop Roofing for a new roof on our home, they had come highly recommended from a neighbor who also had a wonderful experience. We found raindrop to be responsive and easy to work with, while installing the roof an unseen water pipe that was in an unusual location was accidentally hit. The company went above and beyond to get a plumber out immediately to fix the problem, even though it was late on a Saturday. They made sure that everything was fixed and better than new, and I was beyond thrilled with the customer service. The roof is beautiful, comes with a warranty that is transferable, and was updated to meet current best standards. We have owned our home for over 30 years. During that time, of all the roofing companies we have hired in the past to work on our home, Raindrop Roofing NW is the only one we will call when we need work done in the future. Within the last 10 years, we have called upon Raindrop Roofing NW two times to work on our house. The first was to roof our entire home and the second was to change out two older skylights for a model which had a different design. Each time the team did a great job. For each project, Sean Franklin came out to see what we desired and then walked the roof to check on things before giving us an estimate. Communication was good and scheduling the work went well.
