Three days before Thanksgiving with 14 people coming for dinner, we lost power to our living room and master bedroom. I called Bobby at Steele Electric and he referred me to the Service Department. Jennifer called me and understood the urgency of the situation. She was trying to get someone to work late or see if anyone finished early. Alan finished early and was willing to come by. It took him about 30 minutes to dignose the problem and another 20 minutes to fix it. His knowledge and professionalism showed and took a huge burden off of us. I have used them on several occasions through work and have always been happy with their work and integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone with electrical needs. Service: General repairs
Jennifer was great to help with scheduling and was able to get an electrician out next day to fix an outlet for new induction range. She answered all my questions promptly and walked through cost breakdown. Alan was electrician who came by to fix outlet he even came ahead of schedule which was great. We had the pleasure of working with Dan Steele and his team while we were building out our business space. The electrical had to be completely redone with addition of light switches, outlets, junction boxes, light fixture installation. Dan came out within a few days of contacting him and provided a competitive quote. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Jordan was the journeyman for our project and was excellent as well! He was also knowledgeable, very communicative, thoughtful and efficient through the whole process. He was also able to help me select lighting and lightbulbs to accentuate our space. Jordan and his partner Ryan were responsive to all of my questions, requests and modifications. Can't recommend Dan Steele and his team enough!!! I will definitely use their services again if I ever have any electric projects.
