Three days before Thanksgiving with 14 people coming for dinner, we lost power to our living room and master bedroom. I called Bobby at Steele Electric and he referred me to the Service Department. Jennifer called me and understood the urgency of the situation. She was trying to get someone to work late or see if anyone finished early. Alan finished early and was willing to come by. It took him about 30 minutes to dignose the problem and another 20 minutes to fix it. His knowledge and professionalism showed and took a huge burden off of us. I have used them on several occasions through work and have always been happy with their work and integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone with electrical needs. Service: General repairs
Steele Electric was professional and courteous through every step of he process. Jennifer handled all scheduling, all billing, and answered all of my questions promptly and efficiently. Installation was done by Rocco, Dan, and Tyler. They were friendly and precise. They did everything exactly as outlined and were very clean and thorough. Everybody was so nice!
