Called on a Wednesday to have an outlet installed in our business lobby for a large screen TV. The came two days later at noon, got the installation done quickly and properly but also inquired as to the purpose, made some recommendations to pick up a wall mount and gave me time to do so. 2 hours later - the outlet is installed and cleaned up - 5 stars for a job done promptly and properly - but not only that - the TV was also installed properly! - Bonus! 6 stars?
I called them for the installation of a wall mount TV bracket and a power socket near the TV. They quoted $1500 for the two services together which is ridiculous. It should cost a maximum of $300. Either they misunderstood my job or were trying to rip me off. I will be very careful dealing with them.
Star Electrical did an excellent job identifying the issue and fixing it in a timely manner. Gholam came out within 30 minutes of initial phone call requesting service. He was great to work with and very helpful. Will use Star again for future electrical needs!
