We LOVE our new roof. It may seem strange to be enthusiastic about a roof but this was a project we feared and avoided for a long time. Steve communicated better than any Contractor I have have ever worked with. Match that with the excellent quality of work + reliability and its easy to give 5 Stars. Always on time. Great updates about a special ordered sky light. The project was executed flawlessly. Friendly and courteous team. Highly recommend Steve and Portlandia Roofing.
Steve was not the best fit for my particular job, but he came out promptly and spent as much time with me as I needed to educate me on how to best proceed.
Working in the solar industry, we occasionally have situations where we need a roofer to come out and patch a hole when we relocate a vent on the roof or something. Chad with Portlandia roofing has been very responsive with answering calls and having the availability to get someone out there usually the next day! This is great for me as a project manager, being able to keep our customers dry and happy. Would definitely recommend checking them out.
