They are fantastic! We have and older system that intimidates a lot of contractors but they were willing to troubleshoot the issue and get to the bottom of it. They fixed it during a heatwave and brought us so much relief. They even helped coordinate with a plumber on our system so that they were in the loop on what to fix. Would highly recommend! Driving down the Old Bend Redmond Highway, this guy almost rear ended me going full speed while I was stopped waiting behind a car that was turning left. I could see in my mirror that he was just gazing off into the distance out the driver window and not paying attention to the road. It wasn't until I honked my horn that he looked forward and slammed on the breaks. Unfortunately, the wasn't the only time. When I made it to Hemholtz, a car slowed to turn and he again came very close to hitting me. Then, trying to turn onto 126, he didn't fully stop at the sign behind me and almost hit me a 3rd time. He is a menace on the road and I wouldn't trust him to pay attention to anything...

Never received a reply to my detailed inquiry. Disappointing. UPDATE: received explaination/apology, on-site visit and then promptly received estimate. High marks on the effort.
