We needed to replace our heat pump/electric furnace unit that was old and not dependable any longer. We got many bids and Diversified seemed the best combination of value and products. Jess, who came over and did our quote, answered dozens of questions for us over the next several days that helped us decide on all the little details to make sure we were getting the system we wanted and needed. She was patient , helpful, available, and professional. Our technicians on the day of installation were Travis and Raul. They got right to work on time, they worked hard, and maintained a high level of professionalism. They were polite, took care to not track dirt anywhere, and were pleasant to talk to. They clearly were experienced in their field and they even finished faster than expected! In the end, it was clear we made the right decision going with Diversified. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Diversified for all your HVAC needs! It all started with Jess coming out for a free estimate. We chose the equipment that fit our needs the best, and days later our system was installed and running. Travis and Raul installed the system and were very tidy and professional. There was a glitch with our thermostat shortly after the installation. Travis and Raul came out to fix the issue 1 1/2 hours before they said they would be out. I chose Diversifed to install a new heat pump in my home because they had a good quality one in my price range. They later told me it was out of stock and offered to sell a significantly more expensive one or a less efficient one for only a couple hundred less. I was frustrated they wouldn’t have check stock before promising a heat pump. I went with the cheaper less efficient one. After the install, I noticed they didn’t finish covering the wire on the house with conduit. After several phone calls messages he was supposed to come but never showed. It almost didn’t pass inspection because of this and the company blamed me. Why do I need to make sure your workers do their job? I’ve had it for 1.5 years and it just broke. The part was under warranty but it was $1700 in labor! They also said rodents were chewing on the wire and suggested I put poison outside the house to kill mice. Really??
