Brian (the owner) is as knowledgeable as they come, was very friendly, good communicator, and a talented HVAC technician. He was able to quickly find the problem and knew exactly what to do to get my fridge working again. I couldn’t open my freezer door, so I called two companies to help. They didn’t pick up. I called Brian and he picked up. I called him around 5 PM on Thursday and he told me he would text me the next day when he could stop. He texted & stopped, and I was really grateful. He’s a wonderful man
Brian at Larson Mechanical is your guy. Responsive, helpful, and honest. Helped me get my gas furnace running over the phone in a pinch during a snowstorm. This was after another HVAC company came out and charged me an arm and a leg to misdiagnose the issue. They tried to charge me $900 to replace something that didn't even need to be replaced, and they left me in the cold. Brian got me up and running over the phone then fixed the issue in 15 minutes for 1/10th the price. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks Brian. Service: Heating system repair
