Needed a new disposal, no problem, they had one in the truck. After making an appt., (for three days out) Severson’s kept in contact, they even were able to come early. They called ahead, confirmed, and were here with in 15 min. They have been in Bend a long time. Me too. This was the first time I needed a plumber. They were communicative, kept in contact, efficient, thorough, and excellent to work with. Service: Garbage disposal repair

Very nice technicians and were able to schedule me quickly. However, they raised a toilet flange and installed a new wax ring on my toilet which only lasted approximately 12 months. They came back out to fix it again and charged me another $144.77. I was told there are no guarantees. Too bad they don't stand behind their work. Probably should have done it myself with a wax ring from Home Depot ($1.98 - $6.98). Severson charged me $10 for the part.
