Pyramid Heating & Cooling

Submitted a contact form last night. Got a call from Pyramid this morning. Athen was here this afternoon. My issue was resolved! The whole experience was pleasant, fast and effective from start to finish!

I had my AC go out the previous summer, and had called a different company for a quote. Their technician proceeded to tell me the unit couldn’t be repaired. I’ll spare the details of that experience, but ended with a quote of “around $20,000”. Obviously, I wasn’t prepared for that kind of expense, so I shelved it for something to deal with later. Enter Pyramid. I called for them to provide a quote, and Athen was out here a couple of days later. I fired up the AC, and he literally had it fixed in about five minutes, was just a part that had to be swapped, and it’s cost me less than $200. He was informative and helpful the entire time, the experience was better than I could’ve hoped for. Pyramid saved me literally tens of thousands of dollars that was quoted from the other guys. I contacted Pyramid to do annual maintenance on my furnace and A/C. Athen performed a comprehensive review of the systems. He actually did maintenance that other companies didn't do and found problems and then he resolved them. He took pride in doing a thorough job. He was patient in answering all of my questions and he educated me about a number of issues. He reviewed the settings on my thermostat in line with my health needs.
