I'm very happy to write this positive review about Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW. It was refreshing to do business with someone who knows how to do a good job, takes pride in their work and has an easy, laid back manner. I had a problem with my blower motor not working correctly and consequently my air conditioning was inoperative. This occurred on 7/16/23. The next day I called Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW to schedule an appointment and was told it would probably be at least 4-5 days before they could see me, which was what I expected. The receptionist said she would call me back after she had a chance to talk to Rob. Much to my delight, Rob was working in my area and said he could stop by after he finished his current job. A few hours later, Rob was at my house, diagnosed the problem, miraculously had the necessary parts with him and repaired my HVAC system. I highly recommend Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW.

They were great! Rob and crew squeezed me in before one of the hottest weekends - inspected my AC unit and luckily it was just a new thermostat I needed, installed and cooling was back. I recommend them. They have also done work for my friends. Service: Install thermostat

We can’t say enough about company owner Rob and his company. They have always been there when we had heating or air conditioning problems, fast efficient and honest. They were here when we needed them, even at the busiest times of the seasons.
